Chefs at the Shore 2011

Chefs at the Shore’ 2011 to be held June 23rd at the Atlantic City Aquarium (Atlantic City, N.J.) – The 8th annual Chefs at the Shore benefit will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Atlantic City Aquarium in Historic Gardner’s Basin. The fundraising event is part of Professional Chefs Week, and is held in conjunction with the Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey, a local chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Proceeds from Chefs at the Shore benefit the Atlantic City Aquarium and the Professional Chefs Association (PCA), the latter of which uses the funds to support its scholarship program.
